Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Middle Backend Web Developer responsible for the backend part of  PBX system (the system uses third-party PBX API).

You will be led by our Senior Backend Developer. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.

Responsibilities

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Integration testing.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Design and implementation of data storage solutions.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Managing (as needed) PBX core using the corresponding API.
• Interconnection with DevOps to implement CI/CD solutions

Skills And Qualifications

• Experience – over 3 years.
• Proficient knowledge of Golang, PostgreSQL.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• English proficiency – Intermediate (Upper Intermediate is a plus).
• High communication and teamwork skills.

Will be a plus

• Experience with IP-telephony (especially with Kazoo, FreeSWITCH).
• DevOps experience (especially C shell, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with frontend technologies and platforms (especially Vue.js).
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
• Experience with planners/ERPs/video-conference tools (we use Planfix, Slack, Zoom).
